Here we have a rare opportunity to purchase a genuine Mk1 Golf GTi Convertible Sportline.
As you can see it’s absolutely stunning and is in almost showroom condition.
I purchased this in November last year to keep as my own car, however a new business venture requires a capital investment so very reluctantly it’s up for sale today.
I have went over this car from front to back and can confidently say it is faultless.
I have a VW/Audi specialist garage close by who I’ve used to bring the Golf up to how you see it now. No expense spared.
Example of how I am…I asked to get 4 wheel alignment done, and one of the track rod ends was seized fast.
So no messing about, I got them to replace both outer and inner track rod ends.
There is a huge folder of receipts and history that came with the car, including timing belt, filters, plugs, oil etc…
Despite that and to satisfy my own OCD, I’ve had the timing belt replaced again, new Castrol Edge oil, you get the idea.
I’ve also had the engine mounts and strut tops replaced, the wheels have been correctly restored, the interior has been completely removed and professionally cleaned.
The car comes with a brand new MOT…with no advisories obviously. 2 keys and the full V5 document.
