Welcome and the best of luck with the restoration. lots of parts are remanufactured but not all. second hand parts are available some  "uncommon"  and expensive. Remember these cars have not been made since the 1990's.

I have used the foam type its not foam as you would think of it is totally waterproof. I found it easy to fit with double sided tape. Though my car does not see much rain it does appear to work extremely well.

I would think its most unlikely they are available as door cards them selves are no longer available. What about trying to find a secondhand door card that is beyond repair with a good chrome strip.
