My driver was an auto to start, 3 speed 1.6, really easy to drive and was quite nippy too.
Gone through a bit of a transformation so no longer auto, but I'd have another, plus they seem to be cheaper than manual (or seemed it when looking) and if did want to change its quite simple to do really .

Hi everyone, just signed up.
My name is Dave and have a mk2 driver which I put an S3 1.8t in earlier this year, ongoing project (aren't they all?)
Plus we have a jade green 1.6 CL that we restored last year.
Also have a couple of other modified cars, polo 9n3 being one, and an mgf too.
Seen a few familiars on here already.
