The GTi Engineering rescue plan

Hello all here is my progress so far with the rescue
She was found in a farm/units yard in Stilton Cambridgeshire
Looking very sorry for its self with mis matched panels
Dodgy wolfrace 6 spokes

Spec
1900 8v re 1900 conversion around 154 bhp
16v front brakes
Electric Mirrors
Electric windows
Electric sunroof
Air con
Votex console

Oooo that looks nice. A moredoor too!
Just read the article and I bet it's a nice engine allowing the best of both worlds. Performance and relaxed cruising....envy... ;D

Thanks yes she’s quick for an 8v put it up against my mates 1.8 kr 16v and was slightly faster than that

So I couldn’t wait any longer and with the COVID lockdown seemed the perfect time for bodywork repairs and welding
