Changing rear brake pipes

Hi,
Anyone got some good advice on changing the rear brake pipes that go to the rear wheel cylinders.  The LHS one looks like a right arse to get to because the bracket for the brake compensator gets in the way of the brake pipe spanner. Very little space to work with at all.  Cheers K

If you are replacing the brake pipes then you can cut the pipe at the union and put a 10mm socket on it therefore getting a better 'fit'.

If you want to reuse the pipe slacken the nut with a brake pipe spanner then finish the job with an open ended spanner a tiny turn at a time.
