Window Trim

Does anyone know if these metal window trims are available anywhere, its the bit that sits on top of the door & holds the window rubber, shown as the 'rusty bit' here:

Rear passenger door.

Not sure. If this is for the rear of a moredoor then as a temp fix you could chop a front 3 door one as a temp fix and paint the cut end. I did that then found a couple of excellent used ones.
I've also cut down the rubbers from the front of a 3 door like yours to compensate for the rear quarter light rubber shrinking an leaving an unsightly gap!
