Oldie but a Newbie now! September 11, 2020, 09:37:12 AM Hi guy's I have been a member around 10 years ago having owned 4 mk2's over the last 15 years. I sold my last one 2 years ago and missed it ever since!An opportunity to buy a well restored small bumper mk2 has come up and I'm more than likely gonna jump bak into it. Not really ever been a mad VW guy but always enjoyed having a mk2 gti in the collection purely for its retro appeal and I love there charm in today's world of cars that all look the same!Got a small collection of cars mainly BM's so can't wait to add the mk2 to it hopefully. Went to view it last night and it really is a beautiful example in white with small bumpers and a restored 8v engine. 1 Likes
