I don’t know exactly what this front grill is for

I’m having a clear out and I found a grill with lights. Not 100% what it is but pretty sure it’s a mkii. I live near Newcastle and if this is my use to anyone make me a sensible offer.  I was hoping to add a photo but don’t know how. If you’re interested it’s plain black and if you send me your no.
