Help identifying where Red 4 pin Steering Column Connector Goes

Can someone remind me where this red 4 wire connector goes !! I've had all the dash and heater out and I'm putting everything back together and it isn't obvious...I knew I should have taken some pics !

Just to confirm it's the connector dangling by the steering column.

So in darkness this evening I found that it connects to the wiper stalk and appears to be for the windscreen washer amongst other things. It fits behind the larger black plug and I missed it in daylight!
