K-jet tuning

I have a 2.0l 8v k-jet and just wondering if there are any bigger throttle bodies available maybe a 16v or Audi unit?

As mentioned in the K-Star thread, give Vince at Stealth a call, he's one of the last of the proper old school tuners who will be able to advise you on things like this.
If you're going to get your car tuned by him, ask him all the decent mods to do before he tunes it.
