Here is my 1987 Golf GTI. I saved this car from being scrapped two years ago and spent my time restoring her. The car was lying at a garage as the chap that owned it had passed away and the car was left rotting away for a year and a half. I bought the car as a project after receiving cancer treatment and the Mk2 helped me get back up and about. The car has had new sills and a front and rear valance. It has also had coil overs fitted along with 15 inch Rota Grid V et20 and a 4-1 stainless steel manifold, middle box deleted and full stainless steel exhaust system made by Pipe Dynamics near me.

Happy with the end results and won 5 trophy’s with her and two appearances in fast car magazine.
